Culture Identity
the culture i resonate and will forever represent is a know country located in west africa called Ghana. with 32.37 billions of Ghanaians' it will always be the traditions that bind us together. whether its food, our attires or even our beautiful langues a ghanaian will always recognize their own in any place of setting. Being Ghanaian is the best thing i could never asked for speaking on the hidden lessons in the beautiful stories and the unimaginable history of the motherland being ghanaian is something im happy my future kids will get to be apart of.
culture in the work place

in my opinion when it comes to companies and the different generations I believe most company on the most part are very diverse. I think that in this time in point the generations are divided by 3 theirs the older folks retriting in a few months and then there's the younger folks that are in mid 20's to late 30's. then there's the babies of the groups some of them are still minors and just beginning to learn about the "real world"
i think certain generations can have different ways of doing things especially when it comes to, collaborations, professionalism, leadership, and work ethics. this is why its important to learn about plothe unique experiences of each of your employees while maintaining boundaries .
culture stereotypes
Stereotyping are harmful opinions oversimplifying characteristics of people or things. Generalization is making general statements in a unbiased way making sure not to bring down a certain group while bringing up the other. As a Ghanaian born in america most Ghanaian born back home they tend to think that american are very lazy people and are given everything they want in my opinion i believe this is true but i think this stereotype resembles with a certain group of Americans. stereotypes simplify our social world and reduces the amount of processing which to me is a bad think because it makes people inconsiderate of others feelings when it come time to talk about others cultures.
